SECRETARIES.

A secretary, personal assistant, or administrative assistant is a person whose work consists of supporting management, including executives, using a variety of project management, communication, or organizational skills. These functions may be entirely carried out to assist one other employee or may be for the benefit of more than one. In other situations a secretary is an officer of a society or organization who deals with correspondence, admits new members, and organizes official meetings and events. This gentleman is the secretary of the association and he works according to the above definations as well as writing letters and also putting down important issues when there is a meeting or not.

ORGANIZERS.

A person who organizes a meetings, enlist new members and organizes or schedules work. This noble man above spells a lot in this position in the association. He brings ideas on how the association will go about things when there is an event going to happen in the association.He also makes sure that in any gathering all members are present. He organizes every program.

TREASURER.

A treasurer is a person responsible for running the treasury of the organization or any association. He make records of every financial aspect of the association. All our finances are in his custordy. This gentleman has good accounting background and a well trainned business student.

PRESIDENT.

An official choosen to preside over an organization or any association. He is the overall boss of the association according to the role he plays. He makes sure that everything going on in the association goes on smoothly without any hindrance or inconveniences. He is the man above by name MR. EVANS ASANTE.

The beautiful laddy above is the vice president of the association. There is a saying that behind every successful man there is an ideal woman who makes him successful. She is supporting me in the same manner of roles i play. She is of name MS. VERONICA MBIR.
